Prishtina International Airport “Adem Jashari” served a total of 4,600,484 passengers in 2025, according to statistics collected by the airport operator (LKIA). This represents a 13% increase compared to 2024, when 4,082,481 passengers were served.

During 2025, a total of 14,981 departing flights were operated, marking a 10% increase compared to the previous year. The months with the highest number of flights were August and July, with 1,601 and 1,557 departures respectively. As usual, February recorded the lowest number of departures, with 960 flights.

In terms of passenger traffic, August was the busiest month with 513,708 passengers, followed by July with 458,348 passengers. The lowest traffic was recorded in February with 307,418 passengers, followed by March with 320,183 passengers.

As in 2024, the destinations with the highest passenger volumes to and from Prishtina in 2025 were Basel (BSL/MLH), Zurich, and Düsseldorf. By country, Germany accounted for the largest share of total traffic from Prishtina, followed by Switzerland, Turkey, Austria, and the United Kingdom.

In terms of airlines, GP Aviation led with the highest number of passengers served from Prishtina, followed by easyJet, Chair Airlines, Pegasus Airlines, Eurowings, Edelweiss, and others.

Regarding long-haul and onward destinations from Prishtina, New York (JFK) ranked first, followed by Newark (New Jersey), Frankfurt, Chicago (O’Hare), and other destinations.
