The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) participated as an observer in the regular meeting organized by the airport operator (LKIA) with representatives of airlines, within the framework of the Airport Users Committee.Holding such meetings to promote consultation and transparency is a legal requirement within the economic regulation of airports.Through engaging presentations, LKIA outlined its investment plans in infrastructure and equipment aimed at enhancing the quality of services for passengers. In addition, updates related to the summer flight season now officially underway were also presented.Airlines expressed their satisfaction with the level of transparent communication between themselves, the airport operator, and the civil aviation regulator.The Director General of the CAA reaffirmed that the Authority remains open and accessible to address any matters that contribute to making Pristina International Airport “Adem Jashari” more attractive, safe, and accessible for all.
