Aircraft Fuel Supply
Aircraft fuel supply can only be done by specialized companies that have the necessary infrastructure, equipment and qualified personnel for the storage, management, treatment and safe supply of aircraft fuel. In the Republic of Kosovo, this kind of operation can be done only by groundhandling providers of aircraft fuel supply, approved in accordance with Regulation No. 4/2011 on access to the groundhandling market and technical publication TP – 16 Criteria and procedure for issuance of groundhandling approval.
Beside legislation within the scope of the CAA, management, storage, and handling of fuel supply is subject to the legislation of other state regulatory authorities.
