Administration & Human Resources
The Department of Administration and Human Resources provides administrative support for the Civil Aviation Authority. The DAHR Department has four offices in its composition:
The Budget Office provides services on issues of financial revenues and expenditures of the budget in accordance with financial regulations and the Law on Public Financial Management and Accountability.
The Procurement Office is responsible for planning procurement activities and ensures that all such activities are implemented in accordance with the Law on Public Procurement.
The Office of Human Resources is responsible for implementing recruitment policies, rights and duties of staff in accordance with the current Laws, Regulations, Directives and Administrative Instructions issued by the Ministry of Public Administration of the Republic of Kosovo.
Office for support and logistics provides logistical services related to asset management, transportation and office materials.
