Air Navigation Services Charges

The CAA is responsible for the economic regulation of air navigation service providers in the Republic of Kosovo. Economic regulation of these operators means that measures are taken by the aviation regulator to ensure that the charges set by the air navigation services providers on airlines are done in a reasonable, transparent and non-discriminatory manner. Moreover, the regulator ensures that these fees are set only after the providers and service users are consulted among themselves by offering each other information in a transparent manner.

Approval of charges for air navigation services made under CAA Regulation No. 3/2016 on the common charge scheme for air navigation services transposes in full EC Regulation No. 1794/2006.
