Non-Commercial Operations with other than Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCO)

Aircraft operators conducting Non-commercial Operations with Other than Complex Motor Powered Aircraft are not obliged to obtain an Air Operator Certificate of any kind. However, they are subject to oversight by the Civil Aviation Authority of Kosovo in order to determine continuous compliance with regulations in the field of flight operations.
