Non-Commercial Operations with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft (NCC) / Specialised Operations (SPO)

Non-Commercial Operations with Complex Motor Powered Aircraft including Specialised Operations may be conducted by an aircraft operator issued an Aircraft Operator Certificate (AOC) for non-commercial operations with complex motor powered aircraft. Commercial Specialized operations may be conducted by an aircraft operator issued an AOC for commercial operations other than commercial air transport.
