An organisation responsible for the manufacture of products, parts and appliances shall demonstrate its capability in accordance with the Regulation No. 06/2015 (EC Reg. 748/2012).

Aircraft and aircraft components may be produced by aircraft production approved organisations-POA (Production Organisation Approval)
