Operations and Airworthiness

This site brings together the expertise of Flight Operations and Airworthiness Section of the Flight Safety Department within the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Kosovo and provides useful links to the applicable national and international legislation where appropriate.

This site contains all the necessary information relating to certification and supervision in connection with the operations with airplanes, helicopters and other means of air transport. Here you will also find information concerning specialised operations, transport of dangerous goods, recreational flying, certified organisations and personnel, regulations related to the aircraft registration and the Safety Assessment of Foreign Aircraft (SAFA).

The aim of this site is to provide a complete picture regarding the certification, operation, supervision and maintenance of aircraft and to highlight important safety issues.
