APPROVAL OF DRONE OPERATIONS:

Applications for these approvals are made only during working hours, Monday to Friday, 08:00-16:00.

REPORTING OF AVIATION EMERGENCIES:

In the case of aviation emergencies, which do not include the above mentioned cases, the Aeronautical Accident and Incident Investigation Commission (AAIIC) is available 24/7 for emergency response, and any notification regarding any aeronautical accident or incident can be reported directly via AAIIC phone or electronic mail:
