Enters into force Regulation no 1/2013 on the Implementation of the Safety Management System (SMS). The Regulation in question has undergone public consultation of stakeholders during the period 26 April to 13 May 2013, from which Report no. 1/2013 on public consultation of stakeholders has resulted. The Regulation entered into force on June 15, 2013.
