News For the first time, PIA “Adem Jashari” reached the figure of 3 million passengers during a year

On 10 November 2023, Prishtina International Airport “Adem Jashari” has reached a record number by serving the 3rd millionth passenger during a year. The achieved record was marked by a solemn ceremony held at the terminal building of PIA “Adem Jashari”, which was also attended by the Acting Director General of CAA, Mr. Alban Ramabaja, and where the Limak company, which manages the airport, awarded a prize to the 3rd millionth passenger.

The figure of 3 million was reached for the first time within a year since the opening of Prishtina Airport, and this was undoubtedly influenced by the provision of incentives for airlines, the provision of more advanced infrastructure as well as the airport’s commitment to maintain the passenger satisfaction at the highest level.
