News Kosovo CAA has been certified ISO 9001:2008

After the establishment and implementation of the quality management system, on 29th of April 2013, CAA has been awarded the certificate for the compliance to Standard ISO 9001:2008 by Bureau Veritas.
Through the already certified quality management system, CAA can implement in a more effective and efficient manner its primary role, the regulation of the civil aviation safety and the economic regulation of airports and air navigation service providers.
As a certified authority, CAA ensures that it complies at all times with the applicable legislation and documented work procedures described in the quality manual and other related documents.
