Me k\u00ebt\u00eb rast bashk\u00eb me koleg\u00ebt e Autoritetit t\u00eb Aviacionit Civil t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb (AACSH) ishin n\u00eb nj\u00eb vizit\u00eb n\u00eb Aeroportin Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs p\u00ebr monitorimin t\u00eb punimeve nd\u00ebrtimore n\u00eb zhvillim e sip\u00ebr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj vizite, inspektor\u00ebt pat\u00ebn mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb monitoronin nga af\u00ebr punimet q\u00eb lidhen me nd\u00ebrtimin e infrastruktur\u00ebs s\u00eb aeroportit posaq\u00ebrisht kur kemi t\u00eb b\u00ebjm\u00eb me nd\u00ebrtimin e nj\u00eb aeroporti t\u00eb ri nga fillimi, si nj\u00eb proces jasht\u00ebzakonisht i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr sigurin\u00eb dhe efikasitetin e operacioneve ajrore t\u00eb ardhshme. Poashtu ishte rast i mir\u00eb t\u00eb shihen p\u00ebr s\u00eb af\u00ebrmi edhe sfidat inxhinierike p\u00ebr realizimin e nj\u00eb projekti t\u00eb till\u00eb, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht duke pasur parasysh\u00eb specifikat gjeografike t\u00eb zon\u00ebs q\u00eb \u00ebsht\u00eb af\u00ebr Lagun\u00ebs s\u00eb Nart\u00ebs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>P\u00ebrve\u00e7 monitorimit t\u00eb punimeve, gjat\u00eb k\u00ebsaj vizite u diskutuan edhe procese t\u00eb tjera t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr t\u00eb dyja autoritetet, p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e Autoritetit t\u00eb Aviacionit Civil t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb nga ana e ICAO (Organizata Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare e Aviacionit Civil) n\u00eb lidhje me zbatimin e standardeve nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtare t\u00eb aviacionit. AACK p\u00ebrg\u00ebzoi koleg\u00ebt e Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr suksesin e arritur n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb process, me 89% t\u00eb zbatimit efektiv t\u00eb standardeve, ku u diskutua edhe p\u00ebr sfidat dhe p\u00ebrvoj\u00ebn e tyre n\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb proces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kjo vizit\u00eb ishte edhe shtys\u00eb p\u00ebr forcimin e m\u00ebtejsh\u00ebm t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrinstitucional, dhe p\u00ebr planifikimin konkret t\u00eb proceseve t\u00eb ardhshme t\u00eb bashk\u00ebpunimit, si\u00e7 \u00ebsht\u00eb certifikimi i Aeroportit Nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar t\u00eb Vlor\u00ebs, poashtu edhe auditimet e p\u00ebrbashk\u00ebta n\u00eb aeroportin e Tiran\u00ebs dhe at\u00eb t\u00eb Prishtin\u00ebs.
