{"id":415,"date":"2015-09-18T14:02:44","date_gmt":"2015-09-18T14:02:44","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/?page_id=415&#038;lang=en"},"modified":"2019-05-29T09:31:41","modified_gmt":"2019-05-29T07:31:41","slug":"approved-aerodromes","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/aerodromes\/approved-aerodromes\/","title":{"rendered":"Approved Aerodromes"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In order to regulate the safety of aerodromes for the public civil use, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Kosovo approves the aerodromes under <a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDetail.aspx?ActID=11361\">Regulation No. 3\/2012<\/a> on Approved Aerodromes, amended and supplemented with the <a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDetail.aspx?ActID=18154\">Regulation No. 10\/2018<\/a>, and in accordance with the standards of Annex 14 of the Chicago Convention. According to this regulation the term &#8220;aerodrome&#8221; includes heliports, airfields, and gliding fields.<\/p>\n<p>These Regulations applies to aerodromes available for public civilian use which:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are exempted in accordance with article 5 of <a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDetail.aspx?ActID=15732\">Regulation 17\/2017<\/a> on requirements and administrative procedures related to aerodromes,<\/li>\n<li>Have paved runway less than 800 m, and where operations using instrument approach or departure procedures are provided,<\/li>\n<li>Have a runway intended for the operation of aircraft using visual approach procedures or an instrument approach procedure to a point beyond which the approach may continue in visual meteorological conditions ( non-instrument runway),<\/li>\n<li>Have a non-paved runway,<\/li>\n<li>Serve exclusively helicopters where operations using visual approach or departure procedures are provided.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The basic conditions to be met for approval of an aerodrome are described in detail in <a href=\"https:\/\/gzk.rks-gov.net\/ActDetail.aspx?ActID=11361\">Regulation No. 3\/2012<\/a> on Approved Aerodromes.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In order to regulate the safety of aerodromes for the public civil use, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic&#8230;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":14,"featured_media":0,"parent":234,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/415"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/14"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=415"}],"version-history":[{"count":6,"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/415\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":8763,"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/415\/revisions\/8763"}],"up":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/234"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=415"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
