Non-commercial operations with non-motor powered aircraft are conducted in line with the respective regulations applicable to such operations. The Civil Aviation Authority of Kosovo conducts continuous oversight in order to determine compliance with those regulations.<\/p>\n

Hang-gliders and Paragliders<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n The operations with hang gliders and paragliders are described in the Regulation No. 01\/2012<\/span>.<\/a> This regulation sets the requirements for:<\/p>\n \u2013\u00a0production, use and maintenance of the hang-gliders and paragliders;<\/p>\n \u2013 sites for take-off and landing of hang-gliders and paragliders;<\/p>\n \u2013 rules and restriction for hang-gliders and paragliders; and<\/p>\n \u2013 training, examinations, licenses and authorizations of hang-gliders and paraglider<\/p>\n The provisions of Regulation No. 01\/2012<\/span><\/a> are also applicable to gliders to the masses of 80\/100 kg.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Balloons<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Balloon operations are conducted in compliance with conditions of the Regulation No. 04\/2015<\/span><\/a> laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations and Regulation No. 06\/2013<\/span> <\/a>on the Rules of the Air.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n Sailplanes<\/u><\/strong><\/p>\n Sailplane operations are also conducted in compliance with conditions of the Regulation No. 04\/2015 <\/span><\/a>laying down technical requirements and administrative procedures related to air operations and Regulation No. 06\/2013<\/span><\/a> on the Rules of the Air.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":" Non-commercial operations with non-motor powered aircraft are conducted in line with the respective regulations applicable to such operations.
