Drones are mostly remotely piloted aerial vehicles. They are\u00a0de jure\u00a0aircraft models.\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/caa.rks-gov.net\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Rregullore-Nr.-01-2017-p%C3%ABr-Sisteme-t%C3%AB-mjeve-ajrore-pa-pilot-SAP-SQ-SR-EN.pdf\">Regulation No. 1\/2017<\/a>\u00a0requires that these aerial vehicles shall be registered in the unmanned\u00a0aircraft systems (UAS) register and be operated only with a special approval issued by the CAA.
